Sender Agreement

By sending the forms on these websites, the sender agrees to the automatic processing of the data included therein. Nevertheless, the data provided will not be passed on to third parties.

For the purposes of Act 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection (LOPD), the data collected will be included in an automated file owned by PEDRAVAL, S.L., for the management and delivery of business information about the aforementioned company. We only keep your data for as long as we need it for, which, in relation to unsuccessful candidates, is six months post campaign for all data with the exception of monitoring return data which is retained for a period of up to 1 year post campaign.

PEDRAVAL S.L., manager of the file, guarantees the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of the data provided, which may be exercised via comercial@pedraval.com . Similarly, the company undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the data included in the file and use them in accordance with the purpose of the file.
